Message Board with Lights

4'x8' Tow behind message board with lights. All the light sockets work. There is 1 bulb missing. It has 4 drop down legs for stability. It is set up for 1 7/8" ball.

This unit uses 9"letters. We are including all the letters, numbers, and symbols that we have (as seen in pics).
