The injection pump is not working and compressor will not start. Compressor has been sitting idle for 2 years plus. Being sold for spare parts. The compressor is available for inspection by appointment at Chester Water Authority (CWA) Distribution Headquarters, 437 W. Front Street, Chester, PA 19013.
