Hydraulics work as should be
Engine govener is inoperable due to internel engine issue, rest of the mower runs and operates as it should
Q: is the bagger system going with it ?
A: Yes, the bagger system hasn’t been used in awhile. The bags dry rotted, so we got rid of them. We only have the blower and tubes I believe
Q: Could you explain the internal engine issue? Does it start, not start……?
A: It does start, it moves, when you pull the pto switch the internal governor does not allow it to run at higher rpms. I can try to take a video of the issue. If that helps you
