• Q: Hello can a third party pick up on my behalf and was unit running when parked.

  A: Yes, a 3rd party is able to as long as they can present the paid receipt at time of pick up. It was running prior to it being parked, most likely has a dead battery.

  A: Yes I believe the battery is dead and we require all auction items be picked up not driven off the property
