Truck Mounted Sign & Stand holder.   This item is brand new in a box and is available for inspection by appointment at Chester Water Authority (CWA) Distribution Headquarters, 437 W. Front Street, Chester, PA 19013. Contact Ken Leibowitz at 267-760-1355.  CWA has 10 of these items to be sold.  Selling each one individually.   CWA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Payment must be made by Cashier’s Check. Buyer is required to deliver the Cashier’s Check in the total amount of the high bid to Chester Water Authority the next business day after the auction closes.  Once the Chester Water Authority has received the Cashier’s Check, the buyer will be contacted by Chester Water Authority to schedule to pick up the item.
