This vehicle is a decommissioned K9 unit, retired due to the department now operating with only one K9 dog. It has seen low, consistent daily use throughout its service life. The vehicle shows typical wear and tear, including cosmetic blemishes on the interior (no back seats) and areas of rust on the exterior body(rear bumper under structure). Additionally, there are known mechanical issues that will require attention (engine oil leak, high engine hours from idling).

A: it has the upper back seat it douses not have the lower part
