Q: What was the check engine light for and has any work been done to the motor?
A: So as I had answered in the other questions, (which I cannot know if you can see them or not) the service engine light is related to the emission bypass. Yes the truck also had an engine oil cooler housing leak that was repaired.
Q: Can you confirm if emissions parts were removed. To bypass emissions. Thank you
A: Parts were removed
Q: Is the engine a Max force?
A: Yes it is a MaxForce
Q: What plow brand / type will connect with the plow frame on the truck ? Was there a salt spreader on the back, if so hydraulic or electric ? Thank you
A: The plow was a Gledhill. However it should work with most modern plows. The truck is set up for hydraulic spreader. I will also note that the truck comes with a trailer air break and the hitch is in the tool box
Q: What is the length of the dump body?
A: 126” long 88”wide 32”deep 42” with side boards
Q: Do you happen to know the Horsepower Rating of this 9.3? Thanks in advance
A: I wish I had a more clear answer but they typically were rated between 300 and 375 HP but I’m not sure on the exact.
Q: Does the truck have working AC? Thanks in advance
A: The truck does have AC that is working as of the last summer that blew cold.
Q: what is your reserve
A: So to be fair to other bidders and in following the rules set forth by municibid the question is inappropriate.
Q: Is the check engine light on or is that just pre start the picture is from?
A: Yes. The check engine light is on. This has been a problem since new. Later we had to bypass the emissions sometime ago to improve the reliability of the vehicle.
