Payment must be made with Cashier's Check, Treasurer's Check, Certified Check or U.S. Postal Money Order payable to the Chelmsford Water District at the time of pickup – no personal or business funds will be accepted. There are no refunds. Pickup must be within ten (10) working days from the date of the end of the auction. The winning bidder is responsible for title transfer costs and transportation costs for pickup of each item. The winning bidder must also submit a signed “Certificate of Non-Collusion” (provided by municipality) prior to receipt of property as required by Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B, Section 10.

For sale one 1990 Clark GPS 15 forklift. Lift has 592 hours on the clock. We have owned the lift since at least 2000, when I started. We did purchase it used.
Lift does smoke, seat is tired and torn, but machine has been serviced regularly by a local forklift contractor. Runs good,starts and works for us when we need it.
