Dodge Ram 3500 w/ 8' Western Plow

The Borough of Glen Rock's (NJ) Department of Public Works is retiring a 1997 Dodge Ram 3500 equipped with an 8' Western Plow.  This vehicle was in service from 1997 - 2015 mainly used by the Road Department as an asphalt patch truck..  This 4 wheel drive Dodge Ram 3500 has 71,788 miles and is equipped with a V8 engine, Rugby dump body, power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, and has an automatic transmission.  The Rugby dump body is still in good working order.  This vehicle no longer has a valid NJ state inspection.

CONDITIONAL WAIVER:  Please note the following conditions of this vehicle:  cracked front windshield, interior floor plans have rottted out, exhaust needs service, a new battery is needed, and new tires are recommended.

Bids will be accepted until Friday, May 20th @ 10:00am.  The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waives the possible defects in the bids.  The Buyer is responsible for the removal of the property within a maximum of 14 days after the closing of the auction (Friday, June 3rd @ 10:00am).  The Borough of Glen Rock, NJ will not provide any moving assistance.

GUARANTY WAIVER:  The property is offered for sale, "AS IS, WHERE IS."  The Borough of Glen Rock, NJ (Seller) makes no warranties, guaranties, or representation of any kind (express or implied) as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.  The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages - special, direct, indirect, or consequential.

DESCRIPTION WAIVER:  The Borough of Glen Rock, NJ (Seller) warrants to the Buyer that the property is offered for sale will conform to its description.  Any claim for misdescription must be made in writing prior to the removal of the property from the Borough of Glen Rock's, NJ city limits.  If seller confirms that the property does not conform to its description, the Seller will keep property and refund any money paid.  Upon removal of the property the Borough of Glen Rock's (NJ) city limits, all sales are final, and no refunds, credits, or returns will be permitted.
