Selling as a lot three (3) Diamond Meyers 9' snow plows. As Is As Seen. NO FURTHER DESCRIPTION WILL BE GIVEN
The plows are being sold “AS IS AND WITH ALL THE FAULTS.” There are no warranties either expressed or implied which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. The City of Marlborough, MA Public Works Department is not a dealer, and therefore there is no implied warranty of merchantability extended to these plows.
Winning bidder is responsible for any transportation costs for pick up of plows. Sold items must be picked up within five days from the date of the winning bid. Vehicles not picked will be relisted.
Payment must be made with Bank Certified check made out to the City of Marlborough, Due before pick up.
