Upon notification of award, payment in full by the successful bidder must be received by the Borough within ten (10) business days or the bid will be forfeited and the next highest bidder may be offered the bid award. Only cash; or a certified check, cashier's check or money order made payable to the Borough of West York shall be accepted forms of payment. Payment shall be delivered to the following address: Borough Administration Office, 1700 West Philadelphia St. West York, Pa. 17404 payment should be directed to the Borough Manager 717-846 -8889 during normal business hours, M-F, 9 AM to 5 PM. The successful bidder shall make arrangements one business day in advance to have the item picked up within ten (10) business days after award notification unless alternate arrangements are approved by the Borough.
