Q: Are you saying there is a low fuel pressure problem, or is the problem located in the high pressure oil pump causing the low power ?? Any engine codes that you know of?? thank you!!
A: The codes in it now are for DPF soot and HPFP : P2453 P2263 P0703 P2463 P2453 P0088
Q: Are there any known mechanical issues with the truck? How is the under carriage, much rust?
A: The high pressure fuel pump needs replaced. It will run but has very low power. The dump bed will need to be replaced or extensive structural repairs made to the bed frame and supports. The truck frame and undercarriage is still pretty solid.
