This is a 2019 Ford Fusion being sold as is. The vehicle was towed as a police impound, was drivable at the time of impound in May 2024, and did start for mileage but unknown drive status (vehicles do not get test drove for auction purposes, mileage was 68,013). There is some pre-existing damage to the rear passenger door, was present at time of impound. There is a key for the vehicle, which will be turned over to the winning bidder. There is no title for the vehicle, the winning bidder will be provided the paperwork to obtain the title after sale. A tow truck or trailer with a winch will be needed to remove the vehicle from the tow yard, vehicles cannot be driven from the impound yard after auction.

Q: i am in colorado can i apply for a title here in colorado with the provided paperwork?
A: Paperwork we receive for abandoned vehicles is to title first in NJ. You can look up info about titling through NJ Motor Vehicle Commission (DMV), we don't have guidance once paperwork/vehicle turned over to winner
Q: How hard will be to get the new title
A: We provide all necessary paperwork to apply for title in NJ. Once turned over to the winning bidder with the vehicle, we have no input on obtaining title.

A: The person who won never returned our communications or paid after winning.
Q: Can a third party pick up on my behalf.
A: Third party can pick up, we will send info to the winning bidder on documentation needed for third party pick-ups.
