This is a 2013 Fiat 500 being sold as is. The vehicle was towed as a police impound, was found abandoned on the roadway with no key at the time of impound in July 2024, and would not start for mileage and unknown drive status (vehicles do not get test drove for auction purposes, mileage reported to CarFax in 2023 was 121,171 miles). There is no key for the vehicle. There is no title for the vehicle, the winning bidder will be provided the paperwork to obtain the title after sale. A tow truck or trailer with a winch will be needed to remove the vehicle from the tow yard, vehicles cannot be driven from the impound yard after auction.

A: We don't obtain the title, the winning bidder is provided the paperwork from NJ Motor Vehicle Commission to obtain the title in their name and verifying it was sold at auction as an abandoned vehicle
