2011 Ford Crown Vic
This 2011 Ford Crown Vic is currently running. Admin vehicle. Vehicle inspections are available by appointment only from January 26 to January 30, 2026, between 9 AM and 1 PM. To schedule your appointment, please email smccabe@ourclark.com.
The mileage is provided if it is readable, and all available pictures are included for your review.
Q: Upon inspection, the vehicle is not rust-free as described. The dog leg has rust, and it was impossible to assess the extent of anything beyond that, as the entire vehicle is literally surrounded by a mound of ice. You may want to consider removing the vehicle from auction until it has been thawed out. Will you be shoveling the vehicle out for the winning bidder to pick up?
A: clearing the vehicles is already in the process, thank you for your input
Q: Is the car in a publicly accessible lot where I can crawl underneath of it this weekend to assess the extent of the rust underneath?
A: yes behind Clark Public Library, they are still snow covered.
Q: If I fly in, would it be possible to schedule a Saturday or Sunday inspection, since it seems impossible to obtain the needed information on this unit? Arriving prior to the weekend would not be tenable with my work schedule.
A: What other information do you need ? The car is currently still buried in snow so addition pictures are not available.
Q: Will you please upload clear photos of the undercarriage and rocker panels underneath the car?
A: currently unable
Q: Are you able to reset the auction, since the high bidder clearly has bidder’s remorse based on their question and has bid the car up to an unreasonable amount given the uncertainties?
A: no we are not allowed
Q: Thank you finely for the milage estimates I would like to retract my bids and my last bid based on this information. The company has asked me to tell you of this and the milage part should be better stated on the milage part for all to see
A: thank you
Q: A lot of questions have gone unanswered. There are no pictures of the rear of the car. Is there any damage to the vehicle from the rear doors to the back? Is there a spare tire? Are there any holes on the exterior of the vehicle from police equipment or otherwise. Most bidders in auctions cannot view the vehicle ahead of time, despite the recommendation to do so. More information would be helpful. Thank you.
A: i answered as many as i could i was out of the office for a few days.
Q: According to DMV Inspection records this vehicle only had like 73-74000 miles in 2022 when it was last inspected. https://pweb.nj-cleanair.com/VIRPrint/pages/vir/virSearch.jsf
A: thanks for the info
Q: Is something wrong with the drivers seatbelt? It doesn’t not appear to retract in the photos provided. Was the vehicle in some form of accident that locked the belt? Are service records available to the winning bidder? How is the condition of the tires? Any dry rot? How’s the tread? Date codes? I am several states and several hundred miles away. In person inspection is not an option, which is why I asked these questions. If you could verify this information, it would be greatly appreciated. If I am the winning bidder, I have no issue flying in at the departments earliest convenience to pick up the vehicle.
A: nothing wrong with the seat belt it it just loose in the picture, No accidents tires are in good condition no dry rot, I will get pictures of the back of car and trunk.
Q: Will you please provide pictures of the back of the car which would include the bumper area, trunk? Will keys be provided and if so, how many? Is there a spare tire in the trunk?
A: A key will be provided
Q: To the person asking about the mileage, it’s hard to say unless the department has service records, but it looks like it’s estimated at 200k + per a vehicle history report.
A: Thanks

A: This can all be checked during inspection time no accidents
Q: Thank you for your fast replys. I am making my bids based on this car must have zero to none- idle hours as it was only used as in your own words an admin vehicle could I be correct on just this one issue? I would bet the miles would be under 150 thousand, but I understand on this part of the deal it is just a guessing game. But the idle hours should be almost zero as an admin car should be. Thank you so much.
A: That part on the instrument panel is not working
Q: Any holes on exterior from lights or antennas? Spare tire? Any police equipment left in vehicle? Can any more pictures be obtained, to include the front seats/console/dash area, trunk and undercarriage? Thanks.
A: no equipment left in vehicle accept harnesses trunk is clean, dash is in one piece.
Q: Any rust, aside from perhaps surface rust on undercarriage? Was it always an admin car, or was it changed over from patrol at one point? And Can you obtain mileage and idel hours from maintenance records? Do you have maintenance records? Thanks.
A: no rust, mileage unreadable, best of my knowledge always admin.
Q: Milage also will help with this car. These cars bring big bucks if it was an admin car and low idle hours. Thanks again.
A: I believe it was always an admin vehicle no light bar. Mileage is not readable.
Q: If you were to tell us the hours by hooking up the battery or some other way even if it has a bad cluster you should be able to just see it. The idle hours are a must as this car could fetch 10 grand if everything checks out. The public deserves this as every penny counts. thank you
A: All information obtainable was posted cluster is blank
