2005 Chevy Impala / Former Police Vehicle

This 2005 Chevy Impala was used for daily patrol.  The vehicle is front wheel drive with a 3.8L V6 engine.  The vehicle has had routine maintenance and repairs as needed through the years.  No maintenance or repair records are available.  The vehicle was in service until May 9th, 2016.  In Oct 2008 the vehicle struck a deer.  Minor damage occurred.  The vehicle was repaired and the front end was repainted.  All emergency police equipment and radios have been removed.  The cage has been removed, but is available to a Constable, LE agency or Taxi company.  The rear doors can not be opened from the inside.  The Police lettering has been removed.  Some adhesive material does remain.  There is some lettering on both rear panels that remains.  The hole on the roof from the light bar has been plugged.  The paint on the hood and the passenger side front quarter panel has peeled.   There are other nicks and marks at various locations in the paint on the vehicle.  The vehicle starts and runs and is still currently inspected.  The vehicle has tires that are less than one year old with very little mileage on them.  The vehicle is inspected through 7/2016.

This vehicle is being sold AS Is - Where Is.  Millcreek Township offers no express or implied warranty or guarantee and reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  Bids will be reviewed by the Board, June 8, 2016 at 7:15 PM. 

Payment to be made when the vehicle is picked up.  Title will be transferred at a local Notary Shop. Title Transfer to be made Monday through Friday 8 AM - 2 PM.  Any costs for transfer of title shall be at the expense of the winning bidder.  Item to be picked up within 15 days of winning bid.
