Q: does the pluming go in to the concrete ? will new lines need to be purchased to reinstall over head ?
A: Our plumbing is in the concrete. Yes, new lines would need to be purchased and installed. Please understand I am not a lift installer. I would assume you would need to trench cut your concrete for the lines.
Q: is it out and ready to load or does the buyer need to uninstall it and can you load with a forklift thanks
A: The lift is able to be used at the moment. We will uninstall and load with a forklift.
Q: is this a three phase unit
A: Single phase 208-230.
Q: is this lift fully functional and works as should
A: Yes, the lift is fully functional and works as it should. The lift is overdue for inspection.

A: Yes.
