2019 Ford Explorer/Police Interceptor with 106828 miles on it and 13980 hours. This unit still has the cage and plastic seat in it. Does run and drive but does has a transmission issue (pulsates/RPMs change in certain gears at times). Does have dents and scratches, inspection expired 3/25 and has been sitting. Will need battery, does jump start

A: All of them do the same thing. All of the older ones (these are the last) have done this.

A: I don't know if water pump was ever done, we are not given any records on these retired units
