2008 Chevy Express 3500 Ambulance originally from California. Model G3500, with a 6.6L Duramax. This was used as a backup unit. The underside is very clean, and the tires are like new. PA State inspection 8-2026.
Q: #1. Who is the manufacturer of the ambulance? #2. What is the build date (month & year) listed on the Star of Life certification sticker for the box? #3. What is the box interior floor to ceiling height? #4. Any body damage, corrosion/paint bubbling on the box? #5. Does the Heat/AC work as it should? #6. Any check engine lights on and what is the issue code if light is on? #7. Any fluid leaks from engine, transmission or rear differential? #8. Does the unit have the original engine and transmission? #9. Will any of the equipment/cot/supplies be included with the sale of the ambulance?
A: (1) Leader Industries. South EL Monte, CA. (2) January 2009. (3) Interior box 6'. (4) Box in good condition, some paint chipping cab doors and front fender, zero rust corrosion. Small dent rear box at the top. (5) Heat and AC work well. (6) No check engine lights. (7) No fluid leaks. (8) Original Dura Max engine I know it. Transmission was rebuilt one year ago. (9) No supplies or equipment.
