A: No not without cobbeling it. Its engineered to be exactly where its at

A: Electric will be disconnected. However outdoor condenser will still be connected to cooler and lineset still charged with refrigerant. I suggest an hvac tech on site for disconnection and reclaim of refrigerant if you intend to hook back up
