Q: What is the damage to the interior and in your opinion what would it take to repair in materials and cost? Thank you for your help.
A: The trailer is well usable the way it is. There is a metal corner missing that could be repaired with a small piece of sheet metal. New pictures posted for your viewing.

A: Yes.
Q: Are there any leaks in the roof ?
A: No. There was at one point. When it was noticed, the vent was replaced which fixed the leak.
