Needs a battery

Q: Is it drivable off the lot with a new battery?
A: it is possible. would not go driving it a lot of miles until going over really well. to be on the safe side i would plan on towing it.
Q: Any undercarriage rust or oil leaks how is the transmission and engine, why will it not pass inspection
A: I am told the truck would not pass inspection due to holes in the cab floor. there is rust on the frame and unsure of condition of rest of the truck. I am told they drove it to where it is parked last week.
