This machine is clean and solid. The hydrostatic transmission is smooth and works great. The engine has been upgraded to a Briggs OHV 17hp which runs strong. It has a little puff of smoke on start up, but then runs clean. It has a 30 inch cut mowing deck with the mulch plate installed. We do not have the original plastic deflector for the deck. The machine has a very tight 14 inch turning radius, so it's great for tight corners and small yards. It's electric start and fully serviced with fresh engine oil and a new battery. This machine was made by Simplicity and marketed under the Snapper name.
Q: Is that rust under the deck?
A: The mulching cover, which a thick sheet metal, has some surface rust, but the deck has no rust and is solid.
