Bend-Pak model HD 27 originally purchased in 2004. The Lift was always serviced and inspected yearly. Parts are hard to come by..

A: that is unknown to me.

A: it is 3 phase
Q: Do you have forklift availability for loading?
A: We will.
Q: Is everything there for rebuilding it to working condition?
A: Everything was there, we can not guarantee though that it is in working order. Sat outside during the winter but great for parts
