Asphalt Millings - Unscreened - Estimated 14,500 cubic yards

Approximately 14,500 cubic yards of unscreened asphalt millings. Selling as one lot to highest bidder. Condition - as-is. Successful bidder must be able to load and truck their purchased millings between the hours of 7AM to 3PM. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs. Buyer is responsible for paying 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax if not tax exempt (must show proof).

The City will release the material to the winning bidder after the City receives the payment.  The City will accept a cashiers check made out to the City of Erie.  Cash, personal checks, and corporate checks will not be accepted.

The successful bidder is to remove the material within 180 days after approval from the City of Erie. They have to work during the hours of 7 AM to 3 PM.

Winning bidder must provide proof of liability ($1,000,000) and workman's compensation insurance and name the City of Erie as additional insured while working on our site.
