The Successful bidder must pay the purchase price and all costs associated with the transfer, including title search fees, attorney fees, recording fees and transfer taxes within 30 days.

The successful bid will be awarded at the regularly scheduled Selectmen’s meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday July 12, 2016; 15 Mechanic St Alstead, NH 03602 upon notification of award, payment in full by the successful bidder must be received by the Town within thirty (30) days.   Only a bank check, certified check, cashier's check or money orders made payable to Town of Alstead will be accepted for payment.   Payments shall be mailed to Town of Alstead Attn: Kelly Wright, P.O. Box 60, Alstead NH 03602 or delivered to Town Offices, 15 Mechanic St Alstead NH 03602. Between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday.
