Item(s) are sold as is with no expressed or implied warranties. All sales are final. Buyer is responsible for all loading & transportation, no staff or equipment will be available for loading. Item(s) must be picked-up within 10 days of the close of the auction. Ownership of any item(s) not picked up within 30 days of the auction closing date will revert back to Southern Tioga School District.-Items can ONLY be picked up Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 2:00pm.
