Condenser and Evaporator are 208-230 VAC, 3 phase. Winning bidder is responsible for demolition / removal of existing walk in cooler/freezer including removal of physical cooler/freezer structure, removal of refrigeration equipment (condenser, evaporator), lighting, doors and paneling. Winning bidder to provide necessary labor and equipment to remove these units. Equipment is being SOLD AS-IS – NO WARRANTY.
