Items that are not collected by the buyer between the hours of 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM on June 17th, 2026, will remain on the premises and revert back to the possession of The Town of East Longmeadow with no refund. The Town of East Longmeadow will not be responsible for providing tools, equipment, or labor to aid in removal. Final details about item pick-up will be coordinated with the buyer. Note that exact item models, conditions, and quantities may vary within the auction lots. There will be no inspections. The Town of East Longmeadow reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
