The Johnstown Redevelopment Authority makes absolutely no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the subject motor vehicle and/or regarding the condition of the motor vehicle. The motor vehicle is being sold “as is, where is,” with the purchaser assuming all risks related to ownership, condition, and transfer of title to the motor vehicle and/or undisclosed conditions or defects of the subject motor vehicle. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all offers, to waive any informalities, and to act in the best interest of the Authority, including cancellation of the sale. The sale of the property advertised shall be made to the best responsible bidder. The successful bidder shall be required to complete payment in accordance with Municibid terms and conditions. The purchaser is responsible for removal of the vehicle within ten (10) days of award. Proof of insurance and transfer of ownership must be completed prior to taking possession. All registration, title transfer fees, and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
