Q: Chipper feed indicates 3 1/2" is that measuring around the outside of a branch or is that diameter measurement? Thanks
A: I was told that it is the diameter measurement and they suggest using this for branches 3" or less.
Q: Any other issues besides carburetor
A: I was only told it needed a carburetor.
