**Terms and Conditions**1. The vehicle is being sold by the City of Rockford, Minnesota.2. The vehicle is sold **AS-IS, WHERE-IS**, with no warranties expressed or implied as to condition, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or future performance.3. Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the vehicle prior to bidding. Failure to inspect the vehicle shall not constitute grounds for cancellation of the sale.4. The City makes no guarantees regarding the condition of the vehicle. Known defects include rust on body corners and rust in the floor area beneath the passenger seat. Additional defects may exist.5. All emergency equipment, emergency lighting, sirens, radios, decals, and fire department identification have been removed from the vehicle.6. The successful bidder shall be responsible for all title transfer fees, taxes, licensing fees, and any other costs associated with ownership and operation of the vehicle.7. Full payment must be received before the vehicle is released to the purchaser.8. The successful bidder shall remove the vehicle within ten (10) business days of payment unless other arrangements are approved by the City.9. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it is determined to be in the best interest of the City.10. By submitting a bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
