2013 Solar Tech 25 Lamp Arrow Board The serial number 4GM1A0916D1526429. Unit #2 Sign is slightly bent but works properly.
The arrow board is available for inspection by appointment at Chester Water Authority (CWA) Distribution Headquarters, 437 W. Front Street, Chester, PA 19013. Contact Ken Leibowitz at 267-760-1355. The Authority’s communication equipment, identifying markings and tools and equipment will be removed by the Authority prior to sale. The equipment is being sold otherwise “AS IS”. CWA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Payment must be made by Cashier’s Check. Buyer is required to deliver the Cashier’s Check in the total amount of the high bid to Chester Water Authority the next business day after the auction closes Buyer must pick up the equipment.

Q: Hello, how did the arrow board get bent, when were the batteries last changed ? Having a cashiers check to you the day after the sale will be difficult
A: Batteries are from May 2023. The unit hit some branches, but it has been in service over 2 years since it occurred. As long as there is communication between CWA and the purchaser, we will work with them on the timing.
