2007 M2 10 Ton Freightliner Dump truck with Theile Model 12 Cross memberless Stainless Steel dump body. Truck includes Monroe 29” Husting style hitch, 11’ ft Monroe plow and Monroe stainless steel under tailgate style spreader. Dump trucks also has a Donovan aluminum auto tarp system with flaps.
Q: Does this truck have any rust issues, and would it need any issues repaired before putting back into service? Thanks!
A: No functional issues with rust. There is a hydraulic fitting leak. The truck should be able to go back into service.
Q: Single or double frame, any frame jacking, thanks.
A: Original specs show the following: Frame: 1 1/32" X 3-1/2" x 10-15/16" Steel frame (8.73 MM x 277.8MM/.344"x10.94") 120 KSI (546) Inner Frame Reinforcement: 1/4" (6MM) C-Channel Inner Frame Reinforcement Outer Frame Reinforcement: None As to your frame jacking question - not aware of any.
