2010 Ford F-550 Super Duty

Condition of Sale: AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No warranties expressed or implied as to condition, merchantability, or fitness for any purpose. Starting Bid: $3,000 with no reserve. Bid Acceptance: The winning bid is subject to formal acceptance by Parryville Borough Council at a scheduled meeting following auction close. The Borough reserves the right to reject any bids. Right to Withdraw: The Borough reserves the right to withdraw the item from sale at any time before auction close if deemed not in the Borough's best interest. Payment: Payment is due at the time of pickup. Acceptable forms of payment include check, cashier's check, money order, or credit card via the Municibid platform. Pre-Bid Inspection: Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the vehicle prior to bidding, strictly by appointment only with John Wentz. Vehicle Removal: The successful bidder must remove the vehicle within ten (10) business days of confirmed payment. All loading, transportation, and removal costs are the buyer's sole responsibility, and the Borough will not assist. Late Removal Fee: Vehicles remaining on-site after the removal deadline are subject to a storage fee of $25.00 per day with no exceptions. Title Transfer: The Borough will sign the Pennsylvania vehicle title over to the successful bidder at the time of pickup. All PennDOT transfer fees, registration fees, and Pennsylvania sales tax (6% of purchase price) are the buyer's sole responsibility. Employee Exclusion: Borough employees, elected officials, and their immediate family members are not eligible to bid.
