The bidder is responsible for all transfer costs associated with the sale of the equipment. Certified check for the full amount made payable to “Brady Township Board of Supervisors” must be provided at time of settlement. Brady Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to make the award in the best interest of the Township.
