It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the item prior to bidding. Payment
Payment must be made in accordance with Municibid's payment requirements. The item will not be released until payment has been received in full.
Pickup and Removal
The buyer is solely responsible for all labor, equipment, loading, transportation, and removal of the item. No assistance from school district staff should be expected unless otherwise stated.
Pickup must be scheduled in advance during normal business hours.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that all removal activities are conducted safely and without damage to school property. Any damage caused during removal shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
Inspection
Inspections are encouraged and may be scheduled by appointment prior to the close of the auction.
No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted after the auction closes.
Failure to Remove
Items not removed within the agreed-upon pickup period may be considered abandoned. The seller reserves the right to cancel the sale and dispose of the item without refund if the buyer fails to make pickup arrangements.
Right to Reject
The Maynard Public Schools reserves the right to reject any bid, cancel the auction, or withdraw the item from sale at any time if it is determined to be in the best interest of the district or as otherwise permitted by law.
