2006 Burkholder Tandem Axle Trailer

The vehicle is being sold “As Is” and buyers are buying this vehicle at their own risk and no claims can be placed against the Borough of Denver after purchase. Upon notification of the award, payment in full by the successful bidder must be received by the Borough of Denver within ten (10) business days or the bid will be forfeited, and the next highest bidder may be offered the bid award. Only cash; or a certified check, cashier's check or money order made payable to the Borough of Denver shall be accepted forms of payment. Payment shall be delivered to the following address: Denver Borough Municipal Building, 501 Main Street, Denver, PA 17517. Questions regarding payment should be directed to Karen Lund, Borough Treasurer, at 717-336-2831, Ext. 2 during normal business hours, M-F, 8 AM to 5 PM. The successful bidder shall make arrangements one (1) day in advance to have the item picked up within ten (10) business days after award notification unless alternate arrangements are approved by the Borough of Denver.
