A: This ambulance is set up for stretcher, not wheelchair.

A: The engine was purchased from Ford through Medix. That is all the information I have on the engine.
Q: At what mileage was the engine replaced? Who was the manufacturer of the ambulance package? such as Medix, Osage, Wheeled Coach. Miller Coach, AEV, McCoy Miller, etc. Could you post some photos of the undercarriage to include: underside of floor pan, suspension, steering and brake components?
A: Medix did the ambulance package. I will get some under carriage photos posted tomorrow, Wednesday. I don't have the mileage from when the engine was replaced but estimate about 40k.
Q: 1. Who is the manufacturer of the ambulance? 2. Is the Star of Life-kkk spec sticker still attached to the ambulance? 3. Any body damage, or rust? 4. Do all the switch control panels function (front & rear) as they should? 5. Any check engine lights on and what is the issue code if light is on? 6. Does the unit have the original engine and transmission? 7. Any fluid leaks from engine, transmission or rear differential?
A: The manufacturer of the ambulance add-on: Star of Life No body damage. There is rust under the passenger foot well. Driver foot well has been repaired. All of the switches work front and rear. No check engine lights. Engine was replaced about 8 years ago. Transmission is original. No leaks have been observed.
Q: When last was this vehicle inspected? Was the patient module box removed?
A: Last inspection was January 2026 and is PA inspected through January 2027. As for the patient module box, are you referring to the EKG monitor? This ambulance never had an onboard EKG.
