The successful bidder shall be responsible for removing the vehicle from Loganton Borough property. The vehicle is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, as to condition, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability. Loganton Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, or cancel the sale if deemed to be in the Borough's best interest. Payment shall be made by certified check or cashier's check or credit card(2.95% processing fee for all cards). The successful bidder is responsible for all title transfer, registration, taxes, transportation, and any other costs associated with the purchase.
