A: The lift axle is not steerable. The weight rating is 73,280lbs. There is a pintle plate for a pintle hitch on the truck. The truck comes as pictured with the plow and asphalt apron. No salt spreader but it has the hydraulic setup for a spreader.

A: Yes, the truck has a double frame. There is only a very small amount surface rust, no signs of rust expanding the frame. It is very clean.
