2015 Ford Interceptor. Vehicle starts when jumped, battery needs to be replaced. Vehicle will move forward and backwards but steering wheel will not turn at all. 95,200 miles. Rear seat is missing. Vehicle has 14,864 hours on it. Vehicle is sold as is, where is and must be towed from the yard.
The missing climate control/ radio panel was located and is included with the vehicle.

A: I do not have the service records on this vehicle, so I do not know if it has had a water pump replacement.
