This vehicle was used as a Police patrol vehicle and taken out of service for our fleet replacement program. This vehicle has been routinely maintained. There are no known mechanical issues. The only known issue is the steering wheel has wear to the outside.

Q: can the hatch be cleaned off or was something abrasive used to remove whatever (I assume lettering?) was there?
A: I checked out the car again and found that it is dirt that stuck to the back due the sticker adhesive not being fully removed. I rubbed some of the spots on the back and the sides with the pad of my finger and the dirt came off. So short answer is the adhesive residue can be cleaned off, it is not scratches.
