Sold as-is, no warranties expressed or implied. By placing a bid, the buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the seller from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from the purchase, possession, or use of this product.
The winning bidder shall make full payment and shall be responsible to remove the truck within 10 days after the bid award is made. Full payment shall be made by cashier's or certified check payable to the Town of Wellesley. If payment is not made and vehicle is not removed within 10 business days, the winning bidder will forfeit the item.
