Bern Township does not provide any guaranties or warranties relative to the equipment being sold. Therefore, the equipment is offered for sale on an AS IS - WHERE IS basis. Bern Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The successful bidder will be required to accompany a township employee to a tag agent for transfer of the vehicle title and pay for any sales tax and transfer costs.
