The above-described motor vehicles have been determined to be abandoned and unclaimed in accordance with applicable New Jersey law. The vehicles will be sold to the highest qualified bidder in “as is, where is” condition, without any warranty or guarantee, express or implied. All sales are final. The successful bidder shall be responsible for obtaining title from the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission and for paying all applicable fees, taxes, title and registration costs, and any other expenses associated with the purchase and transfer of the vehicle. Interested parties may inspect the vehicle by appointment before or during the auction by contacting the Morristown Parking Authority at 973-539-4810 or purchasing@mpanj.org.

Seller’s Terms & Conditions
The vehicle will be sold to the highest qualified bidder in “as is, where is” condition, without any warranty or guarantee, express or implied. All sales are final. The successful bidder shall be responsible for obtaining title from the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission and for paying all applicable fees, taxes, title and registration costs, and any other expenses associated with the purchase and transfer of the vehicle.
The successful bidder must remove the vehicle within seven (7) business days after the close of the auction. If the successful bidder fails to remove the vehicle within that time, the MPA may, in its sole discretion, deem the vehicle abandoned by the successful bidder or declare the sale void. In either event, all monies paid by the successful bidder may be forfeited to the MPA.
The MPA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to cancel or postpone the auction if deemed necessary.
