Single axle dump truck showing 86,080 miles on the odometer. Rated at 35,000 lbs GVWR. Equipped with an LBS engine.

Q: If good batteries are put in truck will it start and run ?? Also did everything work last time truck was used..? Just don't want to buy something with a blown up engine or bad transmission/ rear end.
A: yes, the truck has been started and will run if it had new batteries. yes, everything worked last time it was run. Truck was taken out of service due to rust issues on dump box and would no longer pass inspection.
Q: Looking at the hinge/ bed pin pictures, is the frame damaged or just needs hinge pin replacement..?
A: truck frame is good but dump box frame has several crossmembers rusted through and pins are bad.
Q: Why isn’t it drivable off the lot?
A: Not inspected also won't start batteries are shot from sitting
Q: LBS engine...??? Looks like a caterpillar...please specify. Also pictures of frame area/ hinge pin. Please
