A: It is currently registered so that it requires a CDL in the state of Vermont

A: Yes the tailgate will go with the truck, There is no plow for this truck. The GVW on the door (posted in the photos) is 14,968. It is registered for 33,099.

A: The central hydraulic system is in place, but the dump body also runs off the electric clutch- Yes similar to an AC pump.

A: This truck does have a central hydraulic system, however the sander is run off an electric pump the serpentine belt with an electric clutch. Happy to send pictures if that helps.
