Office Chairs

Office chairs - a total of 7 different chairs:  3 gray swivel/adjustable computer chairs, 1 small gray swivel computer chair, 1 teal swivel computer chair, 1 gray medium swivel computer chair, 1 red fabric office chair.

The chairs may be purchased as a group or each chair individually.

Upon winning the auction, the winning bidder must submit a signed non-collusion form to the Town prior to the receipt of the equipment, which states:

The undersigned [bidder] certifies under penalties of perjury that this bid or bid has been made and submitted in good faith and without collusion or fraud with any other person. As used in this certification, the word "person" shall mean any natural person, business, partnership, corporation, union, committee, club, or other organization, entity, or group of individuals. 

The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.  All sales will be made on an “as is” basis.
