This item is available for inspection at the East Whiteland Township Municipal Building located at 209 Conestoga Road, Frazer, PA 19355 between the hours of 9am and 4pm, Monday-Friday.
All vehicles will be sold on an "as is", "where is" basis. There shall be no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to any of the said articles and no refunds of any kind shall be made.
Approval of Sale will be made at the East Whiteland Township Board of Supervisor's regularly scheduled public meeting (September 14, 2016).
Full payment must be received by East Whiteland Township within ten (10) business days of notice of award.
All items must be removed from Township property within five (5) business days of payment.
East Whiteland Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, as it deems in the best interest of the Township.

Seller reserves the right to refuse sale for any reason. All purchases must be paid for with a bank/cashiers check. All sales will be approved by township Board of Supervisors prior to sale.
